Question 4. What is the scope of your services?
Answer: The scope of this website is to provide you with easy access to Motorola's catalog of Two Way Radios, Batteries, and Accessories at discount prices. We specialize in personalized service. We are a resource for your company so you should never have to worry about your Two-Way Communications needs. If you ever have a question or need something, help is only a phone call away.
We are also a Communications Full Service Center. We perform our repairs in our tech department. Our installation department handles the installation of radios, laptop computers, GPS systems and other equipment into police and other emergency vehicles as well as private business and industrial vehicles. We also provide wireless data solutions and are an Authorized Motorola Canopy Dealer. Canopy is a wireless T1/T3 line replacement that allows you to get rid of your monthly telephone company expenses once and for all. It has become very popular of late due to its cost effectiveness.
Question 5. Is your site hosted on a secure server? (I.E. Is my personal information safe with you?)
Answer: Yes, it's actually hosted by a company that is closely monitored by, and works with, Motorola. To be called an Authorized Dealer and have a site related to Motorola, we are required to follow several unwavering guidelines. We will never distribute or sell any of your information, such as Email addresses. Our checkout cart is secure (registered by Motorola for us through GeoTrust) and can be verified before you enter in your credit card information.
Question 6. What is your return policy?
Answer: If there is a defect with the product, inform us, then send the item back to us and we will make sure you are promptly given a replacement.
After a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for any reason. However, once a radio is programmed for you, returns for refund are on a case-by-case basis. This is a standard practice in the radio industry to protect against individuals tampering with sensitive radio equipment and then returning it, which may end up in another users hands and could potentially cause them harm. We protect our customers from this, and as a result, do not generally allow returns after an item is received and programmed unless there is a defect.
Question 8: What radios are available for a demonstration?
Answer: We have several of Motorola's most popular radios available for demo. Others are available on request. Just give us a call and we can set it up.
